Crocheting Christmas hats

So fun! I've been wanting to bump this thread! It seems as the weather cools down, we crocheting types come out of hiding. Currently I an working on a baby blanket, an afghan, and a Tunisian crochet hat.

I am happy you posted. I didn't know there was a crochet thread. I'm making a hexagon afghan to go in the room with hexagon rug I made 6 years ago.

Haha!! I'm glad I'm not the only one with more than one project going on. I am also working on a baby blanket and need to finish sewing together heavy sweater I knit for my two grandchildren.

Yay! It's time to bring out the yarn! I've completed a few projects already. Working on some covers for mason jars using cotton thread and a colorful baby blanket.

I've been fall cleaning(?). Way too much outside stuff when the weather is ok. I went through my craft room. Existing projects - thread crochet jacket for me, knit sweater for dh, sewn shirt for dh, upholster dining chairs, restructure a dress, mending, mending, mending & a coat for the dog. Too bad I work so much.

I'm currently working on this throw pattern http://www.redheart.com/free-patterns/square-cut-diamond-throw. It will be a gift for one of my kids next Christmas. Between the kids and grandkids, I have 8 afghans to make. I figured that I had better get them started now, so I have a chance of getting them all done before Christmas rolls around again.

I've had to take a break from crocheting due to cramps in my hands

. I hate feeling like I'm wasting time when I sit with the family in the evenings and watch tv. I was always crocheting, now I just feel like a slacker!
MamaFeathers, that's a pretty pattern. I like your plan to start now for next year!
