Croissants and pain au chocolat! Pic heavy

Oh, you aren't too far away to ship to, I think we could totally work something out! I love orange marmalade.

I'm totally going to make that mousse this week. We have a great candy store to get some good local chocolate from.

Nutella and croissants sounds heavenly. No one else in the house likes Nutella, which is just fine with me

Jenns- I am glad you didn't notice this thread until after FrenchHen helped me out with correct frenchie title spelling. It was a total language massacre, you probably would have cried.

These look fabulous!

The dough is chilling in the fridge right now! I ran out of all-purpose flour and had to use cake/pastry flour for most of the dough..I hope they still turn out good. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the dough didn't really turn out to be "sticky"; it was rather stiff.

What did I do?

ETA: the dough has been in the fridge for only a few minutes and it looks like the wrap is going to explode! Did I wrap it too tight?

So the dough is rising right now. Everytime I roll it pieces of the dough break off and reveal the butter. I am so not doing this right..

What type of chocolate have you put in yours? Anyone use chocolate chips, or good quality baking chocolate?
