Found this on their website, I would not have ordered from them just because they are so vague about what they will charge you

Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges are an estimate. If the actual shipping is more you will be sent via email a PayPal invoice for the difference. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order or your order will ship as soon as payment is received. We reserve the option to change the shipping method without notice. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. UPS is only used as a shipping estimate and we do not actually ship anything UPS.

All returns request must be made via email within 7 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking free on all returns. We never refund the original shipping charge. The buyer pays shipping coming and going. All sales over $300 may not be returned for any reason.

All damage notifications must be received within 3 days of receipt. We will make the insurance claim in most cases.

Let me suggest posting your story to www.ripoffreport.com or some similar site. I have a long story on there about Whirlpool and Lowes, it used to come up within the top 3 hits if you googled Whirlpool but I haven't checked in a while.

Also you might want to send a little tidbit to your local paper, or something like that. They like juicy stories.

I am glad he has all the stats for every other company and I am glad he is showing a profit blah blah word of mouth kills and last time I checked there are over 20,000 members here....that is potentially 20,000 customers shot straight to He double hockey sticks. Notify the BB for sure, your credit card company and make one of those free webpages called something like retrotoysripoff write the story, post their emails and blast em.
