Looks a little brown-ish, but ok for now. As long as you can see movement, or get reaction from him, just try to wait it out.

Okay, it was white at first but turning yellow-brownish the longer it's exposed, I can see the beak and he is definitely chirping a lot

Chirping is good! Browning, not so good. Watch for it to get more dried out, or for him to struggle. If it does dry out, and starts sticking to feathers, you may need to remove a little, or moisten with some Vaseline/coconut oil/ointment of some sort. But wait as long as you possibly can, before intervening. Would be best if he comes out on his own, when he's fully ready.

The incubator says 50% but the hygrometer that is in the incubator says 70%, I'm going to say somewhere in the middle of both of those
