Did your hens start laying later than 24 weeks? Help frustrated!

I have six pullets that are now 25 weeks old, 1 golden commet, 1 delaware, 1 columbian wyandotte, 1 rhode island red, 1 barred rock and 1 partridge rock. The golden commet layed her first egg just shy of 19 weeks old and has layed an egg every single day since then. Our delaware began laying at 23 weeks and has only missed one day. This past weekend another started laying but I'm not sure which one. My guess is the rhode island red because her comb is bigger and redder than the others that aren't laying yet, although she's the smallest bird. The golden commet and delaware both began squatting and showing signs of getting ready to lay but none of the other 4 squat or show signs of laying.

All my larger hens were hatched around first week of June. My OEGBs were hatched 15 May and have been laying about 5 eggs a week each for the past month. Anybody else have first of June chickens? Are they laying? I have breeds that should be early maturers and they're under lights, red combs, wattles and faces. Checking out the nests and the rooster has tried to breed a few of them, although he's too tiny since he's a small OEGB.

I don't know--my roo was very rudely trying to mate with the young, immature pullets. He terrorized them so he is gone now. We don't miss him much. This was in August and one of the girls is still not laying.

I feel your frustration. I have a BLRW girl who is a giant (half turkey I think) and she is pushing 7mo and nothing. My younger pullets seem more ready. Big Bertha shows all the signs super red face, pelvic bones 3 fingers apart and so on but nada.
