What this looks like to me is a duckling has broken the membrane and some extra fluid has gotten between the inner and outer membranes. Usually it’s a smaller spot and we advise making a safe hole close to the “bruise” because there is usually a beak there. But in that case, I’m not sure where to make one!
Use your nose and smell in/around the incubator, checking for bad odors.
Oh, and like aart was saying about twins being risky, it’s much more common for them to survive a while, then they finally run out of room and nutrition to sustain two, so late deaths are more common.
I’m still rooting for you that some will make it!!

If tomorrow nothing has happened still I’ll try a safety hole. 5 is only a single I believe so that should give him a better chance.
