The one that externally pipped is fine; ducklings take a long time to hatch, so he could be even another day yet before he's ready to start zipping.
The ones that internally pipped over 24 hours ago might benefit from a safety hole, since it's been so long. It's just a tiny hole in the shell over the air cell that will allow fresh air in for them to breathe, so that they don't suffocate.
