They only have a small portion of the pond available. Like I’ve already said, there’s nowhere that they can hide the eggs.
hmm. That is weird then. Usually if the are missing then they are in the pond. Do you think some kind of animal is getting them? A predator usually eats the birds too but I’ve heard of eggs being stolen without harming the poultry

I can’t think of a way anything could get in. They are fenced it and have a cover over the top. The holes aren’t big enough for anything to get in
 
Can you take a picture of the coop?
It won’t let me upload pictures. Half of It is in very shallow water. The holes in the cage are blocked off so they cant slide through. Half is on land and they have a small dog kennel with hay to lay eggs.

Have you put something where the water is? Some animal could swim under and get inside. And my female duck never laid eggs. She was almost a year old. Unfortunately she passed so I never got to get duck eggs from my coop. :(
