Ducks won’t except new baby??!!

the time has come my little male? Pekin Duck is ready for the flock. But they all hate him. My male Indian runner duck and max my male goose will gang up on him and rip out feathers. Pleeeeaaaassssseee help. Also his chest feathers are very thin, fall out a lot, and are a greenish color?

Also forgot to mention that he is about 4 months old and has decided to help my broody female Indian runner duck take care of her babies.

Have they already been around each other for a while. If not make him a see and greet pen so they can live side by side but no touching.

If you have a picture of the green feathers that may help us identify what’s going on there. As for the other issues I would recommend what miss Lydia said. I’ve he gets a little bigger that should help too

He is a Drake..That's why the Drake doesn't like him..The Gander is being a Gander. I'm thinking he never will be accepted.
