Egg help hatching help

OKI know it's a bad idea To help thim out the shell Incubator has been running 22 days Egg started hatching yesterday and on about the 28h I helped it out Looks to be doing fine 2nd egg hatching has been hatching for about 18 to 20h So the question is how long can you safely leave them in the egg shell

Do you have any pictures? You can help if it is absolutely necessary. Does he seem stuck? Does the membrane looks yellow/brown and dry?

No now it is turned where u can see the pip really the one that is in there just started out can not see any thing the one I helped out is running around the membrane onit looked like it was ready to come out very a little bit of blood I realy have not had a bad hatch so research on the farm I got them from I seen a replay on hatch rate on his farm is 50% so I do not if that is do to the breed or what
