Well, here's the drama. Both Delawares are out. One Del a rough navel, but will probably close up just fine. The other one's intestines were on the outside of the chick (pushing out the large open navel). Believe it or not, we pushed them back in, hopefully, not damaging them, and superglued the opening shut. Not sure if that one will make it, but it's out and it's HUGE and alive.
Smoky's baby is out. It could not push and when we realized the blood was out of the membrane and cracked open the egg, peeling the membrane back from the yelling chick, the chick was a giant blue baby. With that very narrow egg, it probably wouldn't have been able to push itself out. They are all three resting in the bator now and crossing fingers that they all make it. The one I'm actually worried about is the superglue baby.
