He does...I squeezed it out after a couple saline flushes...maybe mucousy pus kinda

That doesn't sound too good.
Is your vet an Avian Vet?
It would be great if he/she can take some swabs and get some testing to get more information about what you are dealing with.

You think its more than that feather being in there? I was seriously hoping once the foreign object was removed and after some flushes to get pus out he'd be ok

Well, I would keep cleaning it and pressing the pus out.
The feather may have introduced some bacteria and it's now infected.
Eye ointment may help, but I would keep close watch, if it's not clearing up, then you may need an antibiotic as well.
