"Are you closing your eyes?" Peck asked. "You do realize I can't see you, right?"

Silverfluff nodded, then realized she had made the exact same mistake. "Yes, I'm closing my eyes now." she sheepishly clucked.

Peck cocked her head toward Stripe. "Now, make a noise, my young pupil." she said to him, smirking.
Stripe shot a glare that Peck couldn't see, and made a high-pitched peep. He then, very quietly, stepped to the side. No way am I letting Silverfluff peck me in the face. he thought, marveling at his genius.

Silverfluff pecked in the direction of the peep, but slipped, and fell on her back, accidentally hitting with her wing and kicking Stripe on her way down. "Urhg! What? Oh... Whoops..."

"What just happened? I'm guessing Silverfluff tripped into Stripe, correct?" Peck said, blinking.

Silverfluff got up, disgruntled. "Yup, I did. Ow, ow ow!"She complained, as she rolled over and felt her bustle.(I guess that is technically called her saddle...)

Stripe stared at the ground guiltily. "I'm sorry," he mumbled again. If I wouldn't have moved, she wouldn't have tripped!

Peck stepped forward. "Did you go toward the noise like I told you to? It's really not that hard if the victim- err, I mean sparring partner, doesn't move."

Silverfluff nodded, tears forming in her eyes. She blinked them away, surprised at their appearance. "Sorry, I guess I was just a little surprised. You are really skilled, Peck! I haven't ever seen you fall or anything."
