I just figured out how to post this here. I cleaned the pool, let these two stinkers out, came back out after awhile and the pool was filthy. I cleaned it out again the next day, caught them in the act. Strawberry and Darby managed this after only an hour.

Mine do this too! Good grief...as soon as I clean out their pool, they mate, then start throwing mud, sticks, rocks, whatever! It's a work out to dump the thing when there's 6 inches of junk in the bottom of it!!

2 geese of mine layed eggs and they are hatching them now. I hope all eggs hatches. I will isolate them and the goslings from the flock once the eggs hatch.

Awe, well there's always this year. My girls did an okay job setting outside. But I did a terrible job in the incubator.

The thing i loved most about my geese is that the moment the saw you there would not be a moment when the would not sit there screaming at you. Mine latest ones NEVER got into mischief. My earlier pair however did. I had a royal palm turkey tom who didn't have a lady so he would go after the goose. the gander would have none of that and beat that turkey soundly. when we butchered him(after being tired of the daily fights). he had GANGRENE that gander beat him up so much that he got gangrene.
