That's what I was thinking. Looks like some warm blood. Hanovarian, Dutch warmblood, ect.

Yes! She is 1/4 saddlebred 3/4 Frisian.

Background: After loosing the last of my husbands Arabians to mystery death and a long hard battle with founder (ages 25, 28, 29) We went to pick out our first "his and her" horses and after looking at many, I chose this handful. He was 3yo and on 16 acres of beautiful tropical pasture and largely ignored. He was too tall for the owner so he did not want. I fell in love. I'm a sucker for the underdog and knew that we had the resources, patience and tenacity to turn him into a good boy.
Other: He was terribly disrespectful. Went through two bouts with the trainer, breaking her hand, wrist, trailer... she tried real hard see what I saw. I also wanted him trained, not "broke" . He was probably one of her more difficult jobs but today he is a good boy, fantastic, fun, funny, (fairly) well behaved, a real treat...

Background: Saw him on craigslist and it happened to be our good friends selling. She had taken her mares to breed and took Cisco and brother to train. Worked out wonderfully.
Other: This horse is a bit shy and a tad clumsy but ridiculously perfect in all other areas. Smart, great size, good listener, tries hard to please.
