i have mowed 2-3 times and i am hating it. thinking of letting some of it go natural but it will cover up the trees i have planted around the borders.

I found my black alstrop dead in the coop today. No idea why. scary stuff. her butt looked a little pooched and she was about 3 yrs. maybe 2 . guess i dont remember.

morning watermelon, how was your trip ? not much to tell about the hen. no marks no ruffled feathers. she was on her side in the coop they havent been spending much time in there since warm weather. she was heavy to carry. looked like a broody patch on her chest. sort of looked like she was getting ready to lay at the business end. not a big pooch but a little .

7 babys now. 4 serama i mixed serama and a silkie/cochin. ALL in the house.. Toms daughter is gone this am and the green beans are a cooking. I added some polish kabasa and potatoes oh and of course bacon grease and salt.

we normally get KY. tomatoes first then IN. KY. are better. they have more bite to them. with all the rain here i really dont expect them to be very good.
