Those certainly are clears, did you happen to get pictures of the yolk when you cracked them? I'm so curious now!

No, I didn't take a picture of them but believe me, there was nothing there. Those pictures were taken day 11, when I cleared out all the bad eggs.
darn. I find it really interesting that sometimes shipped eggs that never even start to grow ARE in fact fertilized if you check the bullseye. I wish I had known for the time I hatched eggs for Sally. I think it would have helped get a better idea of what was going on with her seramas. :/
I thought once they were incubated for a few days, the bullseye can no longer be seen. 
On a better note, I successfully assisted 5 call ducklings today. 4 in the brooder, one still in the incubator gaining her strength. tiny babies.

I just had to share this beautiful egg with you guys!! It's light green with brown speckles and is in my incubator (and growing!!)! I'm so excited! Mom in an EE and dad is a bantum cochin. Wut. I'm so excited to see what the chick will be like. It had better hatch or I'm going to cry!
