Actually, it appears to have stopped moving. I can't see any movement at all. No breathing.
Should I try picking it up?

I can't really tell from the pic. Can you get a reaction by talking, shining a light, tapping on the incubator?

Absolutely no movement. Even with me fiddling around with the membrane. I'm afraid she has died

The membrane over her nostrils is really stuck down hard. I assumed she could breath because her mouth was open. Was that not true? Did she maybe suffocate?
