Yes, today is your due date, so I would not worry at this point, they could have been in a spot in the bator that was colder then where your first guy was. I'm just guessing at this point. Do you have a pretty good candler?

So no need to panic yet. As you said, the one is strong and healthy. Ducks can be slow little boogers. lol
Also, can you see all around the eggs? Maybe an external pip that is harder to see? Hang in there. Hope is not lost.

Temp is just over 36 degrees but not sure about humidity. I don't think it has a fan!

OK well I can see the problem then, 36 degrees, I'm assuming that's Celsius correct?

Candler broke a few days ago which has been a total nuisance. I'm almost sure I sometimes hear tapping but surely it would peep too? I might fork out for a new incubator.. this one seems to be unreliable!

Thank you feel a little more relaxed. Celsius yeah I'm too scared to touch temp dial as last time it shot up to 40 degrees and they all died. :'(

You also may not hear them like you did with the first one. 36 is a little low, which would also cause them to be a little late.

OUCH, that's bad, well it should be at 38.5. and yes at 40 that will kill them. You can leave it if you want but you will need to give them an extra day or two.
