Hatching help

Please help!! I was already worried enough because this is day 31st of my ducklings hatching process which is pretty late. Then, when I looked at one of the eggs today I noticed it’s bill looked stuck. Please look at the pics and video and let me know if you think this is normal or not. I’m afraid his bill is stuck in this small hole and that he can’t progress any further. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you

I can't really see much detail in the pictures, but how long has it been since it externally pipped? If it's been 48 hours or longer, it might need help. You can read this article I wrote about assisted hatching:
