Firefrost flicked her tail as she crawled out of the nursery.The sun was just coming up as she stretched.She looked around.Flamefang must be still sleeping.

"The mentor is always worse. But I know she'll be a close second," Rainspark meowed, "We can figure it out. Can't we?" she saw the sky getting lighter, "Time to send out the dawn patrol. Cricketleap, take Leaftalon, Cheetahstep, and Windfur on a border patrol." she ordered, seeing her younger cousin with Leaftalon. He nodded and went to get the other cats.

Sweetpaw gently pushed her way back in front of Nightkit, "It doesn't take two medicine cats to treat a kit." she meowed coldly to Nettlewater, then turned to Sunstream, "I'll get some catmint if it's whitecough." she trotted back to the medicine den and collected the herbs. Then came back and gave it to Nightkit.

Flamefang trotted into camp, having gone out on a hunt and returned with a large rabbit and three plump mice. He dropped a mouse at Firefrost's feet and placed the rest on the fresh-kill pile. "Of course we can.We are DawnClan,"Ravenstar meowed.

Windfur modded to Leaftalon.

Nettlewater turned and hissed before trotting away,"Your the apprentice, Sweetpaw."she growled to herself,"I am the higher ranked medicine cat,"she snarled before trotting into the den.

Firefrost nuzzled his cheek,"Thanks, Flamefang,"She meowed.

Sweetpaw glared at her at she left, "I'm practically done with my training. Why couldn't you have run away instead of Amberpool, then I could be a full medicine cat?" she muttered to herself as she nudged the catmint toward Nightkit.

Cricketleap gathered Cheetahstep and padded to the camp entrance as he waited for Snowclaw and Windfur, (sorry, Prez! I thought Leaftalon was sitting there, Just Snowclaw can come.)
Nightkit groaned, before licking the herbs up.

"I have had a dream from StarClan they say you have completed your training, and are ready for the rank of full medicine cat. But that's Nettlewater's job, not mine.
