HELP....EMERGENCY!!!!!!!

I appreciate every ones responses. Everyone has had different experiences and outcomes. I like reading the stories because some give me hope. What worked for one person may not have worked for another. Trial n error, hopefully each hatch will get better and better. no progress though...still just a tiny pip.

I'm with KLRA- my eggs love to torture me and go a good 24 hours between pip to hatch. I wouldn't consider intervening before then.

Omg!!!!!! It cracked thru!!!!! There is blood on the side of the shell...why is that???? And it looks like its leg is over its head!! Is this normal? ??

It sounds like it may have pipped through a blood vessel. I've had chicks do that and be fine. That definitely shows that it's not quite ready to be hatched out- if there's still veins active in the membrane, it definitely needs more time in the shell.

Nope just leave it! I know its hard but sit tight and see what happens. Mine have pipped through an active vessel and made it out just fine afterward

So then I could still be looking at a few more hours or worse yet tomorrow before it comes completely out? If there's blood and its not ready to come out then why is it half way out already? It looks like he/she can't get its leg out..keeps pushing for a lil bit then gives up for awhile then starts again.

Just leave it, she'll get out as long as the head it out and she can breathe she's on the right track.. Don't worry about her.. Your doing GREAT...
