HELP HUGE EMERGENCY!!!!

Those are organs hanging out. You NEED to get her to a vet, as soon as you can. Don't do anything but keep her clean in the meantime.
In the meantime, wrap her up, gently, in something clean and soft. Make sure any poop doesn't wind up in the wound. Keep her still so she can't make it any worse. Put food and water right in front of her, where she can reach. Pet her if she likes being pet, keep her in the dark, and otherwise try to keep her calm.

Why would her organs just be hanging out? Should I wrap her up?

I'm currently treating one of my girls for a prolapse, and they do not bleed profusely like your poor quacker's injury is. I would suggest trying to stop the bleeding, but one of the most important things is keeping the injury clean. A wound that size will get infected easily, and without antibiotics infection could be lethal. Is it possible that she has been crushed or something has grabbed her? You mentioned in your original post that she had blood coming from her vent, so it may be that she is bleeding internally and then excreting it, and it that case, there is not much that anyone can do. Put her somewhere warm and let her recover from shock, hopefully she'll be okay until you can get her to a vet, so sorry that this has happened to you.
