HELP HUGE EMERGENCY!!!!

Either soak her in a warm pan of soapy water or in your kitchen sink for 20 minutes just up to the bottom of her wings (shallow bath.) This may relax her enough to get any egg or egg material out of her vent.

If you cannot do that, put her on a heating pad on low—and make sure a towel is under her. Offer her some water to drink, and give her the calcium crushed into some egg or yogurt.
okay

After soaking, dry her off in a towel. Then blow her dry so she doesn’t chill. I would keep her inside if possible, either on the heat pad, or in a basket or crate. Is she able to walk? Keep an eye on her vent, since she might develop a prolapsed vent. This is a picture of a prolapsed vent which sometimes can happen with or without a stuck egg.

She can walk but is really slow

If she has impacted oviduct that apparently can be painful. I hope you can help her. I am not a vet, and have never expereinced a hen with what yours is going through. But I hope we can be of help while you are dealing with what may be going on. When you feel inside her vent for an egg, check for the pressence of any egg membrane or shell that may be inside the vent and get them out.

Okay

Just relax. This can be a common occurence with chickens. Sometimes they feel and act much better when the material is gone out of their egg tracts (oviduct and cloaca or vent.) I would give her a calcium tablet for 3 straight days. Here are some diagrams of the reproductive tract which may help you understand where and what is going on:
