HELP sick hen

HELP!! I have a hen who was all clogged up with poo....i cleaned it and got it all off her backside but while handling her i noticed a baseball size lump on her underside...feels like fluid,,shes walking funny like a duck with her tail down with a waddle and lays around alot....been like this for about 5 days or so....anyone have any ideas??? do i need to put her down? shes eating drinking and free ranging with the rest of the flock....not sure if im getting eggs from her or not. all my hens dont lay every day so im not sure if she is or not, my guess tho is no..

I would take her to the vet ASAP. the lump might be cancerous

She may have something like egg yolk peritonitis, internal laying, or ascites (fluid in the abdomen.) First though, I would check inside her vent 1-2 inches for a stuck egg, or any unusual masses felt there (use a rubber glove and lubricant if needed.) If there is an egg, a dose of calcium and a shallow warm bath may help to pass the egg. Here are some links to read:
