How long do call duck eggs need to be incubated before taking them into lock down?

Adorable! But I don't think Willow is dusky if that's what the ducklings look like. She has too much yellow and her bill is not dark like that.

I texted Rav her picture and she agrees, not dusky. If you can get pictures of all angles on her including a belly shot she may be able to tell you what color she is.

These were the best I could get. Willow is very active, lol. I couldn’t get a picture of her stomach, but it’s entirely yellow.

If not, I may just have to wait and see what her adult featheration comes in like.

You might have to, lol. I sent the pictures to Ravyn, and she says that she could be an off-colored gray, that the pattern looks almost silver appleyard but the black color is unusual for appleyard, or that maybe she's a very dark blue fawn.

Thank you for asking @Ravynscroft. I looked up pictures of those colors (nothing really came up for the off-colored grey), but I'm leaning towards the silver appleyard or blue fawn. Maybe even more so towards blue fawn because of the prominent stripe across her face and by how much dark she has, but who knows.
