I forgot to add even though i breed rats to feed to my snake. I don't feed it live rats. They are always frozen first.

Well you know I'm a snake nut, Deb. Sometimes snakes will refuse to eat something such as mice and rats and chicks may be all they will eat. They aren't as nutritional from what I've seen though. I dont think retaliating with a rude comments about snakes like previously stated is a good idea. It doesn't sound like it was a harmless gesture, but all of you guys dissing snakes are just as bad, IMO. Debi, I'm sorry this lady did this. I would without a doubt feed my snakes chicks if I had to. But that's just me.

If I were you, I would just refuse to sell her any chicks. She will probably get some elsewhere, but at least it won't be YOUR chicks.

That is sooo not healthy for the snake. I say print her off info from google stating that chickens are not an appropriate source of protien for a snake and place it on her desk. A snake too big for mice is obviously the right size for small-medium rats.And she doesnt need to worry about biting if she offs them first.
And the cabbit thing has me cracking up bc only an idiot would believe they are able to breed one of them lmao.

I know people say things to upset other people, but that is just wrong . . .could the store refuse to sell chicks if they knew they were being used for this? Does she have to buy 25? You can't buy any less around here from what i read on their signs.
