Incubating Geese Eggs

My gosh I never got an alert for this. Yes try what you can, when did this happen? she looked to be doing so well.

@Pyxis have you seen this?
She has always sat like this and can pick herself up and run but I think as she has gotten older it’s become more obvious. The part that sticks out is like bone and if you touch and handle her neck can go straight without pain but it’s not natural for her. Every time I click post it doesn’t so i was waiting for a reply to a post I didn’t post lol(if that makes sense)

I would try the sponge, as long as it doesn't seem to be hurting her. Nothing to lose by trying it!
I didn’t do it yet because she’s eating and I want to do it under supervision. I’m going to try tomorrow. Temperatures suddenly skyrocketed so I’m thinking challah can go out now. He seems fully feathered, but only 8 weeks and 2 days

This little one can’t seem to walk now. Is fate not on her side? I did thre band aid but she has no energy to walk forward. I’m going to get nutritional yeast to see if it helps her legs

I tried using a normal sponge but couldn’t get it right enough for her to not moved her head. Going to go get makeup ones tomorrow to see if they’ll do better.

TSC has b complex liquid in the cattle dept it will say injectable but we use it orally 1 ml daily you give give it to her straight or over a little feed. Just don’t mix it in water or it will be watered down to much. Or you can get it at Walmart in the human vitamin section that will be 3 ml a day since it’s not as concentrated. We’re you able to get her fixed up with a sponge on her neck?

The sponge didn’t work because with her leg she couldn’t walk at all and kept ending up on her back. She can stand but it’s like she has slipped tendon. I’m going to start line shavings. It seems like everything is going downhill:/ also I just set her down on my carpet for a bit, there are so many hairs sorry lol. I put her in a sock so one leg isn’t always forward. It just started warming up so challah had his first day out. He bites chummys head so I didn’t put them todwyher. I am still using a towel on her but might switch to pine today.
