I was helping Cin move the bigger chicks into the coop today when we noticed this one's neck was suddenly crooked. She can hold it straight, but when she looks upwards, it tilts. We're not sure if one of the other chicks accidentally stepped on her or if it's something else. You can see closer to her head something's wrong. Thoughts?

It's possible Wry Neck, you could try as it won't hurt - Vitamin E 400IU 2 - 3x day, NutriDrench, Thiamine/Vit B1, tuna, liver, foods w/thiamine. Give others more time to peep in with their knowledge & experience.
I'm glad to see there's something we can do, thank you!

I would give the vitamin E 400 IU only once a day. Then thiamine or vitamin B 1, which is in many chicken vitamins or in 1/4 tablet a day of vitamin B complex, is good for wry neck symptoms. Wry neck is a common neurological symptom, seen in head injuries, vitamin deficiency, sometimes is hereditary, and sometimes seen in Mareks and other diseases. Make sure the chicken is able to eat and drink, or you may need to help feed him several times a day. I have a rooster who has wry neck at times when he sleeps or rests, but acts normally when he is out free ranging.
