Is my pullet a cockerel?

My 19 week old Australorp “pullet” is starting to get some VERY saddle-looking saddle feathers compared to the other two pullets (all hatch-mates). I thought she was a pullet for sure, given the three other hatch mates that turned out to be cockerels were very distinctly cockerels by 8 weeks, and started crowing around 10. None of them have started laying yet. Her comb and wattles are small compared to the other two. What’s your take? Cockerel or just a masculine pullet?

What’s your take?

Can you verify skin color (on back of legs/bottom of feet) as it looks yellow to me but it might just be lighting in the photo or on my screen.

I agree with others it't a pullet.. but when zoomed in, I also see the part that's got ya questioning.. those are ratty feathers not pointy (no rudeness).. caused by excess preening, flock antics, possibly external parasite, etc.

What you're seeing is her mature tail feathers coming in just behind the saddles. This isn't the best picture, Teriyaki was due to molt here, but it's the only one I have of a mature hen from the right angle.
