Went down to our land in WV today. Did some hiking around and exploring. We weren't gonna go down but a neighbor down there called and said that someone was timbering on our land. So we had to check it out. Sure enough, the back neighbor is timbering and encroaching so we have some phone calls to make. My first time making rocky road today. It went decent for first time. It's in the fridge solidifying now. It's your typical first time learning curve thing. What I learned is when the recipe said work fast they meant work fast fast. The chocolate started hardening quicker than I expected during mixing. But that's cool I gots me some rocky road for later
