I weighed the chicks...

The white ones are 8.5 oz

The black are 8.6 oz

They're a few ounces behind freedom rangers, which means these should work out great as meat birds. They're huge.

I'll go catch one and take a pic of it in my hand

@KDOGG331/Kelsey, sweetie, if it stresses you out, have your mom or dad handle it for you. You have so much stress going on that you probably have an ulcer the size of Earnest Borgnine's butt in your stomach right now. Just make sure it gets done so you can catch a break and enjoy what you are doing because trust me. It is enjoyable and sooooo rewarding to see those little beaks peeking through the egg and know that you have had a hand in creating them after the hen laid them.

I swear I created some super breed because they are insanely huge and I don't even remember their father being this big! They are already jumping over the brooder wall
