Lockdown is tomorrow. They are saying power back on by 11, so if not until then it will be an 8hr stretch. My heart!

Ok power was off 8 hrs. I realized and covered after 30 mins. Once it turned back on I peeked after 30 mins and it was at 91, 60% humidity. The temp on top of the blanket while power was out was 70.

Tomorrow is lock down. What do I do now? Ughh. I wasnt planning on candling again, but should I now? Should I do anything else differently or just add the water and pray?

I was restored to correct temp within the first hr of power being back on. But thats 9hrs of it being out of range

Just proceed with lockdown like you planned, knowing there "could" be a slight delay. I'd give them a couple more hours at stable temps before candling to see that they are still alive.

I'd candle them real' quick if it were me, But it's up to you. If you feel like it's best to just leave them and wait then wait..

Don't fret, should be fine! As long as the eggs didn't freeze over, the eggs should still be viable perhaps a day late on due date.
