People houses have corridors, but I cant quite take to it for a henhouse. Seems a waste of precious space.

OK. This is exactly what I am doing. There are two ‘uncovered runs’ (meaning no roof) and I can close them off in turn. The idea is to sow pasture seeds and let them grow and then let the chickens in to destroy it all. I can alternate. I will share in the next ‘Chicken Palace tour’.I've been trying to figure out a design with multiple runs, so the grass can grow in the runs they're not in and then move them from run to run with fresh grass.
