My baby silkie is losing feathers and scabbing!

Hey guys i need your help! My chick has been losing feathers for a couple weeks and has some gnarly scabs on her neck. We thought she was getting pecked so we moved her into her own separate place with the same things the other chickens had (food, water, heat, etc.). We also took her to ranch & home to see if the chicken ladies knew anything about her condition. The best they could come up with is mites. so we got some mite powder and put it in her coop, but none of the other chicks seem to have it? Is she pulling her own feathers out? One of my moms vet friends said it could be stress, but the most we do is move her to out clean shaving into her area or change her food and water. What could be the cause? She hasn't really gotten worse, but she hasn't gotten better. Her missing feathers are on her chest and neck, and her neck has scabs.

UPDATE: i was watching her today and noticed she was picking at her scabs and pulling them off! Shes doing it to herself. What can we do to stop her? we used mite stuff already.

Still the same. We moved her to change her shavings and she struggled and chirped until after we let her go and she settled down. Im not sure whats up.
