Meet Kerplunk, Cluedo, Uno and Scrabble, my 3 week old Silkie Chicks.

As suggested I am providing my chicks with new textures and smells to explore. No boredom here!
We have had sawdust and sand last week and today we have grass, dandelions, a log and some straw.

It's so funny watching them run around with grass in their beaks as the others chase them about. And wobble about on their perches as they learn to balance.

They are already learning to perch, scratch, preen and dustbathe. I'm so proud of my babies and how curious they are. I could waste hours watching them!
