No it doesn't but I'm the type to call 'em on it. I let old people know they are a bad example for the young when they are nasty. My MIL was like that and I let her know it was wrong. I got a neighbor who has signs "no turn around" at his driveway but then sticks a bath tub Mary in the front yard. Some day I'd like to ask him what he thinks Mary thinks of his nastiness.

As for the OP I'd just leave it. Nuts is nuts. Next time I'd make sure the company cut it just a little over if he complains tuff. As for complaining to the organiztion I'd let him know what a nut the neighbors all think he is and ask him to move.

If others agree get a petition of people who want him to move and/ or put up a fence. The cost makes it worth it not to have to deal with looney tunes. I'd also let him know why I put it up.

If the OP can, complain to the organization.

But then I guess there are lots of options,

He wouldnt want to put up a fence because then he couldn't see what we were doing in our back yard (his favorite pastime) I can't afford a fence or one would be up already. Complain to the organization about what? That we made a mistake and didnt cut all the way up to the edge of our property and he wasnt neighborly enough to just fix it while he was mowing his?

Nahhh.....might as well have some fun with it! We are pissing him off enough as it is by keeping our chickens in our garage

I have an entire collection o lawn flamingos. Everytime i see a pair I don't have I buy them. I'm sure you can tell I really like pink things, lol.
