Her egg at it’s starting weight should be 2.7 so it’s actually losing a little under. I wouldn’t touch the humidity and just let it keep going. Weight loss will fluctuate and usually lose the most weight in the middle of incubation, or at least mine did.
So how much body weight should it lose if it started at 693g?

2.07 grams a day :)
So if it started at 693g(12/15/2018) and now its 638g (1/6/2018) doesn't that mean it is loosing 2.5g a day on average? I have to fan blowing right on it? and i have a small container filled with water and the container is the size of a roll of scotch tape? Should i move the fan how should i increase humidity a larger bowl?

Yes, that's 2.5 grams a day, and that's too high. What is the humidity percentage currently at?

I would definitely move it out from being directly under the fan. To increase humidity you need to increase the surface area of the water, so anything with more surface area will work. You could add another bowl, or a sponge, etc.

a sponge! Thats brilliant! my humidity gage says 45% but that means 25% because its 20% over after i did that test....

Alright...if it looses to much what should i do?

Once the weight is lost, there's nothing you can do. So you want to keep that from happening :) Being that your humidity is so low, you definitely have room to increase it, so I would do so ASAP. Did you try adding a sponge?
