New Chicks attacked by my original flock.

I keep mine in a safe pen in the run. The chicks have thier own coop and run, everyone can see and visit but no one can touch. After a few days to a week in the safe pen. I open the pen just enough that chicks can go in and out but hens can not. This way the chicks still have a safe place to go to, and they know the mini coop as their home. Basicly in the past i have kept this setup usually just over another week or 2 until the chicks fully integrate with the flock and move to the big coop on thier own. But i have a second area in the run with just 2x4 hardwire that small chicks can still use to get away from bigger hens when needed. I have never direct integrated even larger chickens into the flock (except with my very first hens) and always give them at least a week in the safe pen to get acquainted first.

How big is your coop? Newbies need get-away room as well. Other wise they are trapped and pinned down and can't run away.
BTW, it's not just your chickens being mean, it's all chickens. They are hardwired that way. My goats do it. My pigs do it and when we had Turkeys, man-o-man did they do it. Turkeys are the worst for territorial protection. They make chickens fight look like kittens playing.

Keep the wounds clean. Use an antibiotic cream w/o pain relief. Keep them away from flys until they heal. They are in shock and might not eat well right now. Try giving them some electrolytes to help them bounce back.
I wish you the best..
It' not a very big coop.

The one who is hurt the most and the eyes pecked will need a lot of help eating and drinking. You will need to mix some chick feed with a lot of water, and a bit of soft egg, and feed her every 2 hours until the swelling goes down in her eyes. They all have a good chance, but only time will tell. Sorry this happened.

ouch.. Is it large enough to create a partition like the member above mentioned?

I do appreciate the advice but it is eating on its own. Thank goodness. But it is definitely not perky or active.

That coop is just big enough for the three adults you have. How many young ones did you add? (Sorry if I missed that information.) Integration requires a lot of space. The new birds - at any age - need room to get away from the established flock. They also need to have hiding places to get out of line of sight of the other birds. Multiple feeding and watering stations are also helpful.

Many experienced chicken keepers integrate chicks at about 4 weeks, using fencing that the chicks can get through for safety but the big ones can’t. The older birds don’t see the smaller ones as much of a threat to their resources, like they would a bigger chicken.

Oh yes, I have three adults and four babies. I had two other adults, one that died one was given away. So for one year now I have had five chickens. So when I lose two of them I went and bout more, but four chicks is the minimum. So I plan on keeping two chicks and somebody else is going to take the other two. That way I'll have five again.
