Official Squatch Watchers

I will be moving the bantams to the smaller area out back one roo and one hen and probably a leghorn hen and another smaller hen. Then I will be taking all the Ameraucanas one roo and 5 hens and putting them with the big flock. I then will remove the other roos and sending them on a vacation. So the only rooster in the big area will be the Ameraucana.
Toss 'em in together and if there's too much blood pull them out and wait a bit. You're over thinking it.

Probably! Makes me wonder who will be queen! One of the self/blue Ameraucanas is queen in her flock and it's confusing who is queen in the big flock. I have a little red hen that the rooster never mates with that I have seen and he always is around her but the EE hen moves everyone out of the way when she wants. The red hen gets what she wants only because of the rooster. Now that the rooster will be gone I'm wondering if the red hen will go down the totem poll. The self/blue hens and the EE's are the only true hens the others are still two months from being hens. I will have to teach the Ameraucanas where their new home is or maybe the other birds will teach them
