Hello everyone.
I wasn't feeling well at all today (still down for the count). Just got the Milk Drinker to sleep and I want to head to bed soon too. I've been working on a crocheted Afghan for my sister. I gave my other sister one when she got married. This sister seems like she is in a really serious relationship for the first time. Most of her relationships didn't last 2-3 months or even made the "take a cutesy couple pic for FB" stage. She, like me, has a low tolerance for bull tater. So, since my time is now more limited, I started on an afghan for her, even though it isn't "official" yet. I started yesterday and I'm 5 squares in, only 31 more to go. I'm going faster than I thought I would. I'm going to edge these squares (which are Taupe) in a border of Kelly Green. The squares will be about 13" wide when I'm done with the border. I wasn't sure which colors she would like, so I sent her the Joann Fabrics link to the yarn I use and asked her to pick 2 colors. She requested that I make her one someday (even if she didn't get married

) when she saw the one I made for my other sister.

This is the one I made for my other sister. It is hard to see, but it is ivory with a pale green borders. It is the same pattern. I looked for a new pattern for the one I'm making now, but I really like how easy this one square is to make. The cat belongs to the sister who has the first afghan, his name is Gus.
