Free rare chick? Do tell

Meyer has their "meal maker" chick that they give for free with any order. Murray McMurray will add a "free rare chick" of their choice to your order if you select for it. I never would have purposefully gotten a Cochin (I was really down on feathered feet because of our mud problems) but when I ordered my Buffs I selected for the free rare chick and got my Black Cochin and I love him. His feet don't turn into the mucky mess I feared and he is a gentleman. So that is why I bought more. I think it is their way of temping people to buy their rare birds in a later shipment. Though I ordered from a different hatchery.

Ideal has 13 varieties of BC including white and self blue. Just saying.

I’ve been told by a few people that mcmurrey have been quality. I don’t really know though I haven’t dealt with hatcherys at all.

Wicked happens to be an avid proponent of Disturbed. I say they sound constipated and swear too much.

Lol I’m not worried about a price break i just want to be sure i get good quality. I have been thinking about getting a assortment of BC colors and letting Hannibal have them but now maybe i should just get partridge since he is partridge. I have been thinking about selling them at the local First Monday or on CL
