YUP. Super Taters. AS I am currently super sleepy and can't think straight, I can't remember why he got the name.... but he's back to DH... although he is more ST than DH 90% of the time.

I'd like to do that, but I know I have a ton of relatives on my fathers side I honestly don't want to know where I am. Plus, my biological grandmother had NO CLUE as to who my bio moms father was.... so not even a name on that side that I could search.

Doing a quick check in before bed. Long and busy day. Found out our TSC is having a farmers market on the 12th of May, and I am gathering ideas for what I can make to sell while selling my eggs. I am not much of a baker, but I CAN bake. I'm fairly sure the regular group of Amish will show up, and everyone equates Amish with healthy(er) ingredients..... SOOOOOOO not true... at least not around here. Plus, I've noted that the local Amish around here... at least the ones I have dealt with, are lacking in the hygiene department. I'm not talking about hey, we skipped deodorant today. More like hey, we missed our baths this month... and the clothes washing has been put on the back burner... and I lost my toothbrush a couple years back... etc etc......

So far, we're doing the eggs, bags of cotton candy (we have a machine), multiple flavors of mustard, bacon jam and more than likely boiled peanuts and possibly micro-greens/sprouts.

Anyone have any other ideas?!? C'mon Cappy... I just KNOW you're full of it... good ideas, I mean!!! Love ya dollface!

Anyone live in our around Cincinnati that could recommend non chain restaurants?

Oh.... I'm trying to put out things that the Amish won't already have.... they always have muffin and the mini loaves of cinnamon streusel cakes and loaves of bread.... ooey gooey butter cake has been a total hit with ST/DH.... and I've not seen it anywhere except in Walmart... so that's a possibility.

Quaetion: How would you price your goods? Take total price for ingredients, divide by how many pieces you get from that and then add in... how much?

Coconut, sugar, cocoa powder and such. You heat it up in a pot and drop on waxed paper. Easy.
