Official Squatch Watchers

Put the powder in a small amount of baby food, then mix well, then syringe feed, she won't spit it out. I found wrapping them up in a towel so that only the head is out works well. You just plop them on their back on your lap, open the beak and give them a small amount of the concoction at s time. If you make the stuff the consistency of a thicker paste, then just take small, pea size amounts and put it near the back of their mouth.

Don't feel weird getting baby food for the animals, I've been doing it for the past 12 yrs that we've owned rats. My youngest was 6 when we first started keeping them. We still buy baby food and formula for them so we have it on hand when they get older or are not feeling good. Nobody questions a thing.
I always keep jars of babyfood meat and rice cereal on hand for dog emergencies.

I will definitly try it this way, she's never had baby food so maybe its the best taste ever and things will go smoothly.:fl :gig

Sugar update:
With no change I decided to try and drain it. I used a small gauge hypodermic needle and tried to see what was in it. Of course she didn't like having her eye messed with but I got the needle in. At one point some clear liquid came from her eye. Like it was watering. The swelling went down. It looks even better this morning.

Ok, got some "in a pinch" medicine for Lulu until the proper stuff comes and i've searched on how to and how much to give. Now here is my issue lol! The search took me here, no suprise and @casportpony said 1/2 of a packet not dilluted in water..oook. The issue is this stuff is powder! Can anybody kindly tell me how do you get powder in a chicken? Tricks, tips and voodoo are all accepted and appreciated. :gig
Sprinkle the powder on scrambled egg.
