I'd look into property laws and taxes. If used the land for so long and you don't dispute it--it becomes his land. But you're paying the taxes. I have to tell my neighbor he needs to move his wood pile. It's at least 5 feet past the line.

That isn't weird, it is sweet that you stopped and picked up feed. I have to beat my hubby in the head to get that kind of service.

I have to beat mine in the head not to. I finally called up to the feed store and told Alex not to let my wife walk out of the shop with bags of feed unless she is escorted by the lot boy. She called me the other day pitching a fit talking about she can do this and that blah blah something or other. I told her I know you can but jimmy the lot boy gets sad if you don’t want his help (he is autistic and really does get his feelings hurt)

I just cut down all these small trees around what will be the coop. There are 2 or 3 other fallen trees that need cut up! Unfortunately the last thing I need is more.

I do wonder what he would do if I just started using it. LOL "Its on my property. I thought the previous owner left it for me."

Man i'd kill to have a Jimmy the lot boy! The TSC here will no joke, watch a 110lb woman get a 50lb bag with no offer to help at all. I can do it, but a little muscle would be nice sometimes.

???Surgery, don't know. She has been hurting now for about a year. I just talked her in to seeing the Dr about it.
She is really good and "spot on" about giving medical advise, but rely stubborn about taking it.
