46° and cloudy. My mom who is closer to the lake and east said the same as Suzi. "Well it's sunny here."
And yes Apryl that kind of hail! It already let up. May go work on the coop for a bit. So long as I'm not getting soaked I can handle cold.
Last year when that happened for the first time I let all my girls out b/c I was working on their coop and they RAN out and started eating the snowballs like it was a treat. It was hilarious. I forgot they'd never seen snow yet. Isn't Ohio the best... drive 1/2 mile down the road and they have all different weather. I'm north of the turnpike and my parents are south and they will have drastically different amounts of snow than I get, thankfully it's usually less.

Here’s me.
“Autumn in the south”.
I'm dying of jealousy.

I'm excited about friday and I'm hoping I can get my 2x4's painted so I can try to get them put in the run. Can I just say that I am irate that every time I'd be able to work on it, it's supposed to rain... My week nights are short ~2hr... and my kids dance 3 nights a week now anyway so not much opportunity to even work on it.

Yep, the yellow jasmine on my fence is in full bloom again and the blueberries are putting on new leaves! :th
My jasmine is getting ready to burst forth too.
And Yup all the azaleas are blooming, the Bradford pears, the cherry trees, the which hazel, some of the crepe myrtles, and my live oak is puttingb. Out new leaves to beat the band.

I read that the affects of a hurricane cause the trees and shrubbery to think they are dying and so they immediately send out new growth I guess to convince themselves they’re still actually alive.
