If you can pop off that center metal disc there will be a white membrane underneath. Make a hole in the membrane and you're in. Before you start though find something to put the baytril in because you can't reseal.

Use a syringe to get it out. You can pop the top off with pliers, but then it will likely leak.

syringes are available at feed stores usually

That's why I said a needle. It will reseal after repeated needle punctures. TSC has them cheap.
I wanted to make sure about giving it orally. Some stuff you can some stuff you can't.
