Official Squatch Watchers

Ok my dog loving peeps......

Delilah finally puked a clue up.......

There are pieces of white hard plastic in it.
:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

The only thing that matches thickness, flexability and color would be the plastic corner pieces they put on box springs.

She tore that off of sons bed 4 months ago.
:hmm
What are the chances it's still in her gut??

She acts normal, eats, poops although the last 3 poops have also had white "stuff" in them......

Plastic= partial blockage in my thinking.....

Previously she has chewed a leg off a wooba kong and ate it.....found it in poo. Threw away wooba.
I am certain she has eaten other "NO" items.

This dog :barnie.
I'd look around and see if there might be something else that she had eaten because 4 months seems like a long time to not see anything and then all of a sudden she's pooping it out and throwing it up. Two completely different areas of the digestive cycle. I'd think after 4 .months it'd be past the stomach. Dogs are walking garbage disposals.

Better to know than not, but the story I remember was from much farther back and had been on the tv news. It may have been a pacu, but they fishermen still had the fish.. so it was probably misidentified. News stations rarely go back and make corrections like that.
My brother had a pair that he'd given to a co-worker & I always wondered what happened to them. They were big when he gave them away so I can see how people would not know what to do with them and think tossing them in a lake or pond would be ok & that they'd probably just die eventually.

Are they "Snow's coming so we all need to get to the store and buy all the milk and bread" chores? That's what's on my list right now.. and this weekend when we're snowed in I'm making 40 lanterns for the winter ballet. Everything else is going to be put off until after this round of winter passes.. I'm not driving to the mall in a snow storm for jazz shoes. I do need PDZ, but TSC was out on Saturday.
It does get to be confusing! The fake stories often combine a real story like the Pacu fish found in the lakes.

One article I found said that even paku were not found in the big lakes.

I did a full sweep of the area....
Saturday I had swept and dusted the main basement area, nothing there then or now.
I just checked the laundry room, downstairs office and my sons room. Absolutely nothing matching that material anywhere chewed or not.
:hmm
I clean her kennel multiple times a day and had not seen anything white, plastic or blown in....

No toys have or had that material in or on them.

It has me freaking out a bit.

oh and she is not allowed in my room, upstairs bathroom or the sewing room. The cat room is kept closed. It has a small cat door for kitty.

I called my son, and picked her poop apart.
:sickx a billion.

Since she isn't acting icky we will wait and see. It is something that wouldn't show on an x-ray either.

She ate of her own choosing so if anything she is feeling pretty good.

Do ya'll have any idea how hard it is to find entry holes under a fence with chickens jumping all over you, jerking your glasses off your face and pulling junk out of your pockets?
Pretty flippin difficult! On top of that Beavis stole a dime so I had to tackle her for it, that is one very fast faverolle.:lau

I think my brother had a couple pacu at one point, but they died, weren't very big. I remember reading something about how they say some fish can't live in fresh/ salt water, warm/ cold etc.. but as we learned from Jurassic Park, nature finds a way. Have you seen that show River Monsters?! Insane. I have a fear of large bodies of water as it is.... that show, while really interesting didn't help. It's horrifying to think what's under the surface of water.

It's like prison, all visitors must empty their pockets and turn in their shoe laces before going inside.

I think they were just floored nothing in my pockets was edible. I was doing fairly well until I caught a beak in the plumber's crack still don't know who that was. I'm not done, but i'm going to have to wait until they're at the bottom of the yard.:)

I have watched a couple of episode of river monsters. One was a catfish in Vietnam. It was amazing!

Couple episodes? River monsters is a series worth watching completely, some of those fish are mind blowing!
But i'm a fan of big fish, they're very cool. Actually got to touch a mola mola, it was crazy big .
