I did a quick "thank goodness" walkaround the house, the only thing that blew off was a piece of porch lattice.
I'm glad I was fast, that woman who wants stumps ground just "showed up" shortly after I went in.
I am not in a stump talking mood so I hid lol! She had hubs phone number, he's the one she's after not me.
I'm noticing little Dick is very grabby like his mother, he is very bad to snatch stuff from your hand and bite your sleeves.
Henry still just has that staring problem, hopefully he's not going to be creepy Henry.:gig

Bwaaaahaaaahaaa!!! Creepy Henry!!:gig
Just don't chase him......
Are you trying to make me spray coffee out of my nose???
:lau

It is nice out today.

Miss May has more resistance capability this morning. :hmm
I still got about a tablespoons worth of feed in her and some diced boiled egg.
I tossed the rest of the diced egg in front of her in the run. It created a feeding frenzy and she ate several more bites.
:yesss:

I got 150 bunching onion starts in the ground and in a long shallow wooden planter.

I plan to get Swiss chard planted and turnip greens.

Oh lord no i'm not chasing Henry, he's got that "don't encourage me" look on his face constantly....like he's just waiting for a reason to be a butt.
Both the boys are going to be a whole lot of fun, it is already really obvious.:lau

It is on my calendar. I read somewhere that giving the second round of de-wormer, to use a different kind. Which I thought was strange.
the thought is to reduce resistance to the wormer and to reduce risk of heavy worm load killing the chicken by plugging the intestines. Usually the first one used kills more slowly.

There is a lot of conflicting data on this though.

Go ahead and give the same one.

@rjohns39 have you heard of Ware Millings feed? Since I was in Cullman today, I picked up a bag for Henrietta. That is what she used to eat.

First I've heard of them.

Rae it's terribly sad. I hope they try to restore it, but so much is going to be lost and many of the craftsmen that would be needed are either few and far in between or totally non-existant.
