I love almost all things baked and/or sweet. Growing up Italian it was all about the food and then the dessert. So many types of cookies at the holidays you could hardly count.

I've eaten more raw batter in my life then most people would survive. We used to make sour cream sugar cookies and you have to refrigerate the dough.... there was a packet marked for eating. Always had spoonfuls missing. Another favorite is pizzelle batter. A dozen raw eggs in there. Fresh pizzlle off the maker with batter drizzled on it. That's how I eat pancakes and waffles too.

I may have a problem.

We are a pancake eating bunch mostly banana, cook them in butter, top with powdered sugar omg...

We got rain last night by the way.

REAL rain!! Not just the tiny 5 minute sprinkle we usually get.


The garden and yard got fully watered.
It made me very happy!

Today I need to clean the South gutter. I noticed it was acting clogged.
No big deal I have a gutter sprayer hose attachment. No ladder for me.

About time you got rain!
Gutter is clogged here too with birds, wrens built a nest right on the channel.

I can do both without syrup. Hubs....he makes them swim.

I know there's a pancake recipe w/o flour, but it uses bananas... once you get things under control you might be able to make them that way. Just make them when he's not home.

That sounds good to those with excess eggs! Dylan's egg out put, however, will not support such recipes! Getting close, closing is scheduled for 7-11. Then, after some painting and moving, I can start to think about getting some chickens.

I better take m sons dog downstairs and see if she will eat yet.
Oddly she refuses to eat for him. She will go all weekend refusing food.
Come Mondays her gut is messed up. By Wednesday she is back on track.
I have a routine with her that for whatever reason works well......

The birds were normal until the chickens. Now I get nests "mostly carolina wrens" everywhere. Iv'e got more state birds than a person should have.
